Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu chaired a high-level review meeting in Amaravati to enhance administrative efficiency through Artificial Intelligence across all government departments. During the review of RTGS and public perception systems, he directed officials to establish an integrated mechanism that consolidates data from drones, CCTV cameras, and satellite sources for better monitoring and faster decision-making. Stressing proactive governance, the Chief Minister instructed officials to conduct regular field visits, remain alert to recurring accidents, and adopt preventive safety measures. He also suggested studying safety protocols in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, to prevent firework manufacturing accidents.
With summer approaching, the Chief Minister emphasized ensuring uninterrupted drinking water facilities at RTC bus stations and improving overall passenger convenience from arrival to destination. He called for strict monitoring of pension distribution, particularly in vulnerable Swarna Grams and Swarna Wards, to avoid lapses. Officials informed that WhatsApp-based citizen services have been expanded to 953 services, and the Chief Minister directed that greater public awareness be created for easy access. He further instructed that future surveys should be conducted only when additional data is required, avoiding repeated collection of the same information from citizens and staff.
